mm on thur (3rd-aug) went for acad briefing @smu. sianz.. the talk is almost repetitve of what we already knew.. so it's abit duh~. will only get to noe my timetable on the 14th of aug. -sianz-sat with laura, amanda and friend. then after tt, met up with my asoc og ppl for an outing. wahaha.. the whole grp was rather erm.. big, and messy.. and we took damn long to make decisions abt where to eat, and watever nots. finally, we made our way to raffles place- out-of-the-pan for lunch. and carolyn and jason joined us too! had a long chatting session. then we decided to sing k! made our way slowly to marina square. the kbox was fun thou only 3 of 13 knew how/want to sing chinese songs. wahaha.. tt inclusive of moi. i haven never sung so many english songs in my whole time of going kbox. and marina's kbox system is quite different. but everything was comfy larz. and they have a whole range of modern english songs/ and kelly poon's song (thou i only wanted to sing 1 of them) / but still no hong junyang's songS! argh.. -finez- yup.. the only irritating thing tt happened thru out was tt at lunch and kbox session, at the billing time. there's always a share not paid at the end. when every1 says tt they have. so it was quite puzzling thou. mm.. took quite some photos... but all not in my cam. haha.. if i can get them i had put them up=). wellz.. as it got later, more ppl left. so in the end left 7 ppl. we then made our way to starbucks? to jus chill ard and chi-chat abit before it's time for some of the ppl to go 4 their pre-camp dinner. yups..


ok.. 4-th aug. purposely went back to smu for the library workshop.. not too bad. not exactly wasted my time there thou. cos i missed the session during mat. so went back to attend. then since it was early, i got myself a plate of nachos at 7-11 and mugged for my stats test there... then made my way to dhs for cco nite practice, with the bus 14 not coming for the next 1/2 hr after i came -_-' so reached dhs late. but lucky practice has not started yet. the nite practice was ok, as compared to before. but still much more need to be done. got a ride frm junqiang hm. haha.. chatte abit here n there. n heard frm shar then benson seems to be such a nice nice guy.. haha=p...but well he is.. being such a nice senior to bring humour and food for the zh ppl everytime there's practice. haha..


5th aug. finally a day to myself/at hm. rested. and mugged for my stats test. managed to clear 1 round of it. whew. but it stil wasnt enuff.


6th aug. cco concert day. totally dun feel like it's a concert, like previous times. but still, the ppl were nice la. as usual. =) took some photos during backstage.

yup. then brought the tix out to seah and mr ng. mm. and to our amazement, dear steph has actually thot tt my concert is on the 13aug, not 6thaug. she was giving tuition when we called her! wahaha.. tt blur sotong! 2nd time liaozz.. =p. ok.. the nice 4 of them (+ jieying n lydia) bought me a box of belgium chocs (yumm) really thanks lehz! hehe.. saw junkai at the concert hall entrance... then the concert started with all the solos.. then it was zou xi kou. interval.. solos and gadameilin. everything went wells. with a few hiccups here n there. but overall was still passable, thou could have been much better. (not an excuse tt we had a few practices only).. yupz. sang bdae song for pan qing. went to change. n by tt time, almost every1 had cleared backstage! so fast. n some1 took my dfs bag. so i had to make do with a plastic bag frm xiuwan.. which look so pai kua la..as compared to my dfs bag. wahaha.. met the rest in the hall, stoned a while, made our way to marina square for dinner with mr ng, seah, jiayin, minyan and the j2s @ swensens.. had a nice plate of salmon and mushroom pasta. (yumyum). then chichat a bit. then left for hm. omg, and mr ng say i have smu face?!? wahaha.. -_-

after the rehearsal, i received an sms frm my facil for asoc camp, tt our buddy grp facil, Chow Guan Ren, passed away in a car crash tt morning. was totally shocked and lost for words to say.
my deepest sympathies to his family.
(it really hit back to me tt life is so so fragile, just abit a week ago, both of grps were still clubbing.. remembering hearing the 4 facils chit chat after lights out, with him starting all the noises. and now he's gone.
1 lesson learnt- to appreciate whoever u have now, be it whether he or she is still present in your scope of life.. cos u nv noe when we will nv ever see them again..)

when i reached hm. i was so beat. just dumped my stats notes aside and went online.
7th aug, went to smu for the stats test. quite crap la the test. prob the non-fmaths ppl wld haf been 'killed' by the test str away. so many qns on fmaths syllabus. and the Normal table was quite erm weird.. in a different format? so i took like quite some time before i figured out how to use it. call me slow. then finished the test. met up with huihui to walk walk.. and suay me. i was wearing like heels. then suddenly i missed the kerb outside of SESS, then slightly sprained my ankle. so embarrassing la.. dropped my file n bag. luckily i didnt land flat on the floor but squatted down some how. whewww.... then had to tk a rest first. then saw brynner on his way to play lan near smu. -_-' haha.. common friend of me n huihui, so chatted abit. then when my leg felt better, we walked to marina square. then went window shopping.. walk walk.. to while time... there's this shop call Diva... which sells pretty cool accessories.. was so tempted to buy some of the stuff.. but is cash-strapped at the moment. so control control. then finally went to try out this skirt at puremilk which i have eyed for like 6mths? but didnt get down to trying it. looks quite ok. the price tag isnt tt nice. wahaha.. so KIV... then.. ice lemon tea sells this big big belt tt is so eye-catching but i dun mind having 1! haha.. the big golden heart shapes.. but huihui says it's too pricey (going at 25bucks.) so kiv again.. and at another shop.. four____(opp mintoons) they sell the nice double back belts in super nice gold/bronze/silver! 12.50 would be a good buy. but still kiv la.. (ok i sound pretty stingy..) prob will go belt hunting 1 of this days at bugis! (so near my sch larz!=p).. ok.. then we parted and i made my way to suntec marche for my precamp dinner. goodneess.. only 2 / 8 person in my grp came. damn sad. ok. but we joined our buddy grp for dinner. shared like 2 plates of rosti with jeanie and qiwei(cant rmb her name exactly..), and 1 plate of desert with jeanie.. fullfilling dinner. and the atmosphere was pretty good. played a game, then chit chat abit till we decided to leave. (oo, the other grp's facil is lionel, this PRETTY looking guy with LONG hair. serious. no joke. he looks pretty with long hair! haha..) yup.. then parted the gals and waited for 518 to come, which took super long to... got home pretty quick thou. express bus. mahz. =)


today was spent boringly, doing boring stuff like watch dvds and reading. but a relaxing pace. how sad to start counting down to the end of my splendid 9mths of hols. -sigh-, my longest hols ever.
