lesson of the day:
to be pro-active, but not reactive.

after the incident on sunday with one of my exco members, it got me thinking.
maybe i shld have just taken things lighter. not so seriously. and not REACT to anything immediately. basically. just quietened down. and not react immediately.

it's crazy the things tt i do/say sometimes. but i do noe tt. just tt when things get into ur head, ur head starts going out of control.
trying my best. but am still trying.
a v thin balance with being overly quiet, and too reactive. two extreme ends. shit.

*i really think crying helps to release stress/ tt'w wat i doing now as i typed this entry...*
